Learn to Row Classes
No experience is necessary. Come out to Lake Lanier and learn to row, both sculling and sweep, with other beginners. Come join one of the biggest and best master “crews” in the southeast!
Dates and Times:
*All classes meet for 6 sessions. 100% attendance is strongly encouraged.
*Weekday sessions from 6 – 8 :30 pm, Saturday sessions from 10:30 am – 1 pm
Class 1 Dates: 5/11, 5/13, 5/15, 5/18, 5/20, 5/22
Class 2 Dates: 6/1, 6/3, 6/5, 6/8, 6/10, 6/12
Class 3 Dates: 8/16, 8/18, 8/21, 8/23, 8/25, 8/28
Class 4 Dates: 9/13, 9/15, 9/20, 9/22, 9/27, 9/29 (Mondays & Wednesdays)
There are only 8 seats in each class, so please contact the LLRC Office to check on space availability.

Location:
We will be meeting at the Lake Lanier Rowing Center, site of the 1996 Olympic Rowing events. Each class will begin with a short technical instruction on the “ergs” in the indoor training room upstairs at the boathouse and will proceed outside for on-water practice.
